The Love Kit is three 75-min videos based on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) models of therapy. Recorded as part of IFS Deep Learning’s "Love Kit” series with a live audience, the videos are presented by mental health practitioners, and each one is designed especially with your needs in mind:
